How Delivery Works
From checkout to steel on your site in three steps, with every detail confirmed before dispatch.
Order Online
Choose your container, building, or trailer and check out securely. We confirm availability at the depot nearest your delivery address and reserve your unit.
We Arrange Freight
Our team schedules a tilt-bed (roll-off) or crane delivery, confirms your delivery window with you, and coordinates any site details before the truck rolls.
Delivered and Placed
Your container is set, or your trailer handed off road-ready, exactly where you need it. Inspect the unit, sign, and it is yours, ready to use the day it lands.
Is Your Site Ready?
Tilt-bed delivery needs room to work. Run this checklist before your delivery window.
- A clear, straight path roughly 100 feet long and 12 feet wide for the truck to pull through.
- About 14 feet of overhead clearance, free of low wires, branches, and eaves.
- Firm, level ground: compacted gravel, concrete, or dry solid soil that holds a loaded truck.
- You or an authorized adult present at delivery to inspect the unit and sign for it.
Timing, State by State
Most orders process in 2 to 3 business days, then spend 3 to 7 business days in transit across the 48 contiguous states, depending on your distance from the depot holding your unit. Alaska and Hawaii take 5 to 10 business days, and delivery stays free. We confirm every detail with you before dispatch.
Inspect Before You Sign
Walk around your unit at delivery. Any transport damage must be reported within 48 hours with photos to sales@anchorboxcontainers.com. Damaged, defective, or not as described means a repair, replacement, or full refund at no cost to you.
Trailer Handoffs
Trailers are delivered road-ready with paperwork for registration. Check lights, coupler, and tires at handoff, and report any issue within the same 48-hour window.
