These Terms & Conditions govern your use of anchorboxcontainers.com and any purchase from AnchorBox Containers LLC ("AnchorBox", "we", "us"). By using this site or placing an order, you agree to these terms. They are written in plain English on purpose; if anything is unclear, ask us before you order.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding contract to purchase from us. Our products are sold for delivery within the United States only, covering all 50 states.
2. Products, Specifications, and Condition
Product descriptions, dimensions, photographs, and specifications are provided for reference and may vary slightly between individual units, particularly on used equipment. New, used, one-trip, and modified units are identified on their product pages, and used units are sold in their described condition grade (for example cargo-worthy, wind and water tight, or as-is). We work hard to keep listings accurate but do not warrant that every detail is error-free; material errors are handled under Section 4 and our Returns & Refunds Policy.
3. Pricing
All prices are listed in US dollars, include free delivery to all 50 states, and may change without notice. Price changes never affect an order that has already been confirmed.
4. Errors
If a pricing, specification, or availability error is discovered on an order you have placed, we will contact you with the correct information and the choice to proceed at the corrected terms or cancel for a full refund of anything paid. We reserve the right to cancel and refund any order affected by a clear error.
5. Orders and Acceptance
Your order is an offer to buy. An order is accepted when we confirm it and payment has cleared. We may decline or limit any order at our discretion, for example where fraud is suspected or stock cannot be confirmed, in which case anything you have paid is refunded in full.
6. Payment
We accept wire transfer and credit or debit card via a secure emailed payment link. Full payment is required before dispatch. Full details, timelines, and security practices are in our Payment Options policy, which forms part of these terms.
7. Delivery, Title, and Risk
Delivery is arranged as described in our Shipping & Delivery Policy, which forms part of these terms. Title to your unit and risk of loss pass to you when the unit is delivered to your specified address. You are responsible for providing a safe, legal, and accessible delivery site as described in that policy, and for any permits, zoning approvals, or HOA permissions your placement may require. We recommend checking local requirements before ordering; our team and buyer guides can point you to the right questions to ask.
8. Returns and Cancellations
Returns are accepted for units that arrive damaged in transit, defective, or not as described, exactly as set out in our Returns & Refunds Policy, which forms part of these terms. Orders may be cancelled free of charge any time before dispatch.
9. Warranty
Warranty coverage varies by manufacturer, product type, and condition, and is set out in our Warranty Policy and on individual product pages. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under applicable law.
10. Permitted Use of This Site
You agree not to misuse this site: no scraping at scale, no attempts to breach security, no fraudulent orders, and no use of our content or product data to build a competing catalog. We may suspend access for misuse.
11. Intellectual Property
The AnchorBox name, logo, site design, photography, and written content are our property or used under license. You may not reproduce them commercially without our written permission.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses such as lost profits, project delays, or costs of substitute equipment. Nothing in this section excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law, including for our negligence causing personal injury.
13. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify us against claims arising from your unlawful use of a unit after delivery, including placement without required permits or unsafe siting, except to the extent caused by our own fault.
14. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Harris County, Texas, unless applicable law gives you the right to another venue.
15. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page at the time you place your order is the version that applies to that order. The date at the top of this page always shows the latest revision.
