Orders & pricing
Prices are shown in US dollars and may change without notice; the price at checkout applies to your order. All orders are subject to availability and confirmation. We reserve the right to decline or cancel any order, with a full refund where payment has been made.
Payment
Orders are placed on hold at checkout and confirmed on receipt of payment by card pay-link or wire/ACH. See Payment Options.
Delivery & risk
Delivery is arranged per order; timelines are estimates. Risk passes to you on delivery. You are responsible for ensuring safe, legal access for delivery and for any permits required to site a container.
Condition & warranty
Units are sold at the condition grade described. Warranty coverage is set out on our Warranty page. Returns are governed by our Returns & Refund Policy.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the value of the goods purchased. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
