Shipping containers
One-trip and cargo-worthy containers are warranted to be wind & water tight at the time of delivery. Used (WWT) units are warranted wind & water tight per their grade. As-is units are sold as described, without a wind & water tight warranty, with all known conditions disclosed.
Container structures
Container homes, offices, cabins, pools and restroom blocks carry a structural workmanship warranty on the modifications we perform. Appliances, fixtures and components carry their respective manufacturer warranties.
What is not covered
Normal cosmetic wear, surface rust on used units consistent with their grade, damage from misuse, modification by others, improper siting, or acts of nature. To make a claim, email support@anchorboxcontainers.com with your order number and photos.
