AnchorBox Containers LLC stands behind what we sell. This policy explains what warranty coverage applies to your unit, what it covers, what it does not, and exactly how to make a claim.

How Warranty Works Here

Warranty terms vary by manufacturer, product type, and condition, so we do not publish one blanket timeframe that pretends to cover everything. Instead, the exact warranty that applies to each unit is stated on its product page, and we pass every applicable manufacturer warranty through to you in full. If you want the warranty details for a specific unit before ordering, ask us and we will send you the exact terms.

New Units

New containers, container buildings, and trailers carry the applicable manufacturer warranty, which we pass through to you at no cost. In addition:

• New and one-trip containers are inspected and supplied wind and water tight at delivery.
• New trailers are delivered road-ready, with lights, brakes where fitted, and coupler checked at handoff.
• New container buildings (offices, cabins, bathrooms, and similar) are checked for sound structure, doors, windows, and fitted systems before dispatch.

Used and "As-Is" Units

Used units are inspected and sold in their described condition grade: one-trip, cargo-worthy, wind and water tight, or as-is, as stated on the product page. Unless a specific guarantee is stated on the product page, used units are sold as-is. We disclose known condition details up front so you can buy with confidence, and a used unit that arrives materially different from its description is covered under our Returns & Refunds Policy as not as described.

What Is Covered

• Manufacturing defects on new units, under the applicable manufacturer's terms as stated on the product page.
• Units that arrive not as described, on any condition grade.
• Units sold as wind and water tight that are not wind and water tight at delivery.
• Transit damage, handled under our Returns & Refunds Policy when reported within 48 hours of delivery.

What Is Not Covered

• Normal wear, surface rust on used steel, dents, and cosmetic marks consistent with the stated condition grade.
• Damage from misuse, overloading, accidents, unauthorized modification, or improper siting after delivery.
• Damage caused by site conditions, weather events, or anything beyond our control after title transfers at delivery.
• Consumables and wear items on trailers, such as tires and brake pads, once in service.

How to Make a Claim

1. Email sales@anchorboxcontainers.com or call (509) 575-1198 with your order number.
2. Include clear photos of the issue and a short description of when it appeared and how the unit has been used.
3. We review every claim within 2 business days and coordinate the fix: repair, replacement, or manufacturer support, whichever the coverage provides.

Relationship to Your Other Protections

This warranty policy sits alongside, and never reduces, your protections under our Returns & Refunds Policy and your rights under applicable law. Whichever protection helps you most is the one we apply.
