Because containers are large, heavy, and condition-graded freight items, our return policy is built around accurate disclosure rather than change-of-mind returns.
Damage or wrong unit
Inspect your container on delivery. If a unit arrives damaged in transit, or does not match the condition grade or specification you ordered, notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will repair, replace, or refund as appropriate.
Change of mind
Due to freight and handling costs, change-of-mind returns are not accepted once a unit has been delivered. Orders cancelled before dispatch are refunded in full. Orders cancelled after freight has been scheduled may incur the freight cost incurred.
Refunds
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method (card pay-link or wire/ACH) within 5–10 business days. Questions: support@anchorboxcontainers.com.
