Processing & scheduling
After your order is confirmed and payment is received, we confirm stock at the nearest depot and contact you to schedule delivery. Most deliveries are scheduled within a few business days, subject to location, access, and unit availability.
Freight & placement
Freight is arranged per delivery based on distance and site access, using tilt-bed (roll-off) or crane placement. Our team confirms delivery method, window, and any access requirements with you before dispatch. See Delivery & Coverage for site requirements.
Delivery day
Please ensure clear, level access and that an adult is present to direct placement. Re-delivery or wasted-trip charges may apply if the site is not ready or accessible. Inspect your unit on arrival and note any concerns with the driver.
