Place your order online and choose Wire Transfer at checkout. Your unit is reserved immediately.
We email you our bank transfer instructions together with your order reference number. Include the reference with your transfer so we can match your payment fast.
Send the transfer from your bank. Domestic wires typically clear within 1 to 3 business days.
The moment funds clear, we confirm by email and your order moves to scheduling and dispatch.
Wire transfer is our preferred method for larger orders: no card limits, no processing holds, and a clean paper trail for your records.
Credit / Debit Card, Step by Step
Place your order online and choose Credit / Debit Card at checkout. Your unit is reserved immediately.
We email you a secure card payment link for the exact order amount. The link opens a protected payment page where you enter your card details directly with the payment processor.
Pay with Visa, Mastercard, or American Express. Your card details go to the processor only. They are never seen, handled, or stored by our website.
We confirm payment by email and your order moves to scheduling and dispatch.
When Payment Is Due
Full payment is required before dispatch. Your unit is reserved from the moment you order and stays reserved while your payment clears. Orders unpaid after 7 days may be released back to inventory; we will always email you before that happens. You can cancel free of charge any time before dispatch for a full refund of anything paid, per our Returns & Refunds Policy.
Pricing, Taxes, and Receipts
All prices are in US dollars and include free delivery to all 50 states. There are no hidden fees of any kind.
Any applicable sales tax is shown at checkout before you commit to the order.
You receive an emailed order confirmation at purchase and a payment receipt once funds are confirmed. Need an itemized invoice for your business records? Email sales@anchorboxcontainers.com and we will send one.
Payment Security
Our website never stores card numbers, bank credentials, or any payment credentials. Card payments happen on the processor's secured payment page reached through your emailed link.
We will never call or email you asking for your full card number, online banking password, or a payment to a different bank account than the one in your original instructions. If anything claiming to be us asks for that, stop and call us at (509) 575-1198.
If our bank details ever change (they rarely do), we will confirm the change by phone on a number you already have for us, never only by email.
Refunds
Approved refunds return to the same method you paid with: back to your bank account for wire transfer, back to your card for card payments, normally within 5 to 10 business days of approval or inspection. Full details are in our Returns & Refunds Policy.
